I just want to go over a few terms that I will be talking about throughout my post today.

• Cash Flow For Creating Wealth: Money you bring in.
• Expenses: Money you spend.
• Assets: Something that’s pays you.
• Liabilities: Something that costs you.

How Broke People Spend Money Creating Wealth

• They live paycheck by paycheck.
• They Buy STUFF, not things they need to creating wealth.

Cash flow comes in and goes right to buying stuff, they really don’t even think about creating wealth. Broke people never get the education on assets and liabilities, they just justify buying all this stuff by saying “this is the cost of living.” Then over the years of just continually buying this stuff they never really own anything. Now over the years all they really have is their stuff, the problem is they never produced or created and more cash flow.

There is a lot of financial difficulty in the world and it really doesn’t have to be this way, creating wealth is not a mystery, it is a formula. The only reason someone reason someone doesn’t create wealth is because either they don’t know the formula or they haven’t applied it.

How The Middle Class Spends Money Creating Wealth

This is the group society thinks is rich, but they are not. Yes they do earn a significant income but what they spend their money on is keeping them prisoners they don’t really think about creating wealth. What they typically spend their money on is liabilities, remember the definition of liabilities, things that cost you!

Liabilities can raise your expense levels to near or above your income levels if you are not thinking about creating wealth. You can spend equal to or more then you make, meaning you have to go to work and earn more money every single month to cover your liabilities.

The common trait between broke people and the middle class is they are dependent on their cash flow from their own efforts. They are exchanging their time for money. They never even consider creating wealth for themselves.

How The Rich Spend Money Creating Wealth?

The rich spend their money to acquiring assets. If you want to start creating wealth you need to buy assets that will earn you more money. The rich spend their money on things that produce more money. Assets are stocks and bonds, real estate and even education.
