Increase Your Cash FlowWhen I first drew up the plans for my new log home I had to figure out what kind of a foundation I was going to have. I had to come up with something strong, I didn’t want my house to cave in once the logs were set.

The same thing goes for your business, you want to find something with a solid foundation, a system that others can use to repeat the process and produce profits. You need to keep it simple to be able to increase your cash flow.

Here is T Harv Eker’s theory: Business Is Simple People Are Complicated! He states any business should consist of three parts: Marketing, production and administration. Now you must design a specific process for each of these areas so they run smoothly, almost automatically.

The idea is to create a business that works like a well oiled machine, a money machine. It must be organized, it must produce a profit, it must support growth and it must be a repeatable process. (Meaning it can work without you and increase your cash flow)

OK I did cover this yesterday, but let me explain this for you a little better, if you have to physically do all the work in your business yourself it can only grow to an extent that you can personally handle. It doesn’t matter how energized you are you still only have 24 hours in a day. And what good is it to increase your cash flow if you have to kill yourself doing it? Right?

The main thing to consider is working on your business, not in your business. Makes sense right? Your business cannot be dependent on just one person meaning you to increase your cash flow!

Leverage simply means doing more with less. It’s not what you do but rather how you do it. Leverage uses specific tactics and strategies that allow you to work smarter not harder.

I started out as a cocktail waitress then trained to be a black jack dealer. I was a black jack dealer at this casino for 10 years which didn’t do much to increase your cash flow.

Then I was offered a Bar manager position. I loved this job or so I thought. Well when the economy took its dive and they had to make some cutbacks I was the first to go.

I knew that times were changing and that it was time for me to revise a game plan. Since that time I have learned that success is a learnable skill! And that if success was something that I truly wanted I would have to work on me and this is what I have been doing.

If you want to get paid the best, then you have to be the best. So we must keep studying our niche, meaning your field and study these steps that I am sharing here today if you want to increase your cash flow.

If you want to increase your cash flow you have to deliver value to a lot of people.

Ok, Now let’s talk about product! Let’s say you have a business where you personally perform the services to increase your cash flow. This of course is great but doing business like this but it does put a ceiling on your profits of course. Ever wish you could just clone yourself? Whether you are online entrepreneur or not, paying taxes is something we all know is just something we have to do, Right? This is something that isn’t talked about to much and yet it is very important. I am no tax professional nor an accountant but I do make money and I like to keep it.

Here are a few things I have learned about paying taxes.

Most people really have no idea. 20-40 percent of your money goes to debt, then 30 percent goes to taxes, this means you have less than fifty percent that goes to you. Now like I said I am no expert these are just a few figures that I have learned along my entrepreneurial journey about paying taxes OK! I just wanted to put this post together today to open your eyes to a few things because tax time is just right around the corner.

Still wondering why you can’t get ahead? You can save money when paying taxes as an online entrepreneur; yes you can retire with money. A staggering ninety six percent of people will not be able to retire with the same standard of living, how would you like to be in the four percent that do?

Bottom line it’s not how much money you make it is how much money you keep!

The Biggest Rule To Saving Money While Paying Taxes As An Online Entrepreneur

Run your business like a business, according to the government you only need to work one hour a day, three days a week in order to save money when paying taxes working your business from home. But you are going to need good documentation and I am going to cover some of these things here today.

You need to save all receipts, yes all of them, another thing you could do is get yourself a business credit card and use it for everything you do in your business. A great card to help when paying taxes is the business discover card, they will give you a print out at the end of the year with all of your spending information on it.

Did you know that almost every meal you have can be written off as a tax expense? Did you know that almost anything associated with entertainment can be considered a write off? You can write of fifty percent of your expenses as long as you talk business, but you do need to track this, yes your burden of proof for when you are paying taxes. This is where this journal comes into play.

Vehicle deductions, we all know that our vehicles are probably the most used and the most abused thing we own. I am not really sure of all the particulars with this one but there are two different ways you can take this credit when you are paying taxes.

Home Office deduction for paying taxes, yes you can use your home office as a deduction. To make this legal go ahead and take a picture of your office, don’t send this in just keep this in your files. God forbid you ever do get audited by the IRS but if you do you will have this proof won’t you!

This portion of your home, your home office, can be a deduction when you are paying taxes. From what I here and again I am not a tax professional but not only is the room deductable when you do your taxes but a portion of your mortgage, real estate taxes, insurance, repairs the list goes on and on I just want you to be aware of this.

You can complain about paying taxes or you can do something about them and track all your expenses, if this is not something you have been doing then do yourself a favor and get started today.

Millionaire Mindset For Online Entrepreneurs- Turning It On

The past few days I gave you a few exercises to help turn your mindset around into that millionaire mindset. This all has to do with your belief system, if you are an online entrepreneur then today we are going to work on your beliefs about running a successful home based business.

How To Program That Millionaire Mindset As An Online Business Owner

Get that paper and pencil, then go ahead and write down your opinion of a life as a online business owner. Then write down what you think about online entrepreneurs? We are working on your millionaire mindset here OK!

What is the first thing you think about? Was it fear, risk, sales people, fun exciting, were you forced to do this? What were you thinking good or bad? Think about this for a minute.

Next I want you to write down what you love to do? What is it that you want to do if nothing could get in your way even if you think this is not possible? Remember you have a millionaire mindset, money is not an issue, you have no obstacles in your way. What would you do?

Realize what ever you choose you will need to follow through. If you don’t follow through on your passions you will always come up against road blocks. You are going to be forcing yourself to do something not satisfying; this is why we learned about getting that millionaire mindset first. Get this mindset, be happy and enjoy the journey!

With The Millionaire Mindset Comes The Training

Find a way to get this done, get the education and find the right vehicles that are needed to reach your goals. Don’t live a miserable life, do this in a fun positive way and reach the level of success you want. You are supposed to be successful this is normal, you have that millionaire mindset. What isn’t normal is to feel like you can’t do something because no one else is doing this.

With this millionaire mindset you can make money online with any talent you have. When something comes up that gets in your way. Toss it aside this is only an illusion, things are going your way you just don’t realize it right now. You have to decide to look at this as an obstacle because of the picture in your mind of what you think your life is supposed to look like and if it isn’t coming at you the way you want.

Say to yourself “Stop that this is not what I signed up for, I have a millionaire mindset and I don’t want that.” The minute you say this, what happens is you are breaking through that road block; life doesn’t do this you do. You need to allow the situation to not only pass through you, but you are allowing yourself to pass through it.

Do not let yourself come to a standstill, you have put your hand up and say I don’t want this, your life is saying Yeh just do it! Don’t fight it, Don’t waste any energy on this use your millionaire mindset and look at it as Yeh no matter what it is that it is coming up for a reason. This is an opportunity for me to do something in a way that I want to, yes it is going to look different and Yes I am going for it!

This will take you to wherever you want to go, if you don’t use your new millionaire mindset and do anything other than that you will never get to where you want to go. Do not go with the flow this is Not OK!

Always look for options, other ways to accomplish your goals, move forward, straight to the top with your new millionaire mindset. You can never loose what you believe in yourself if you truly realize your power is always within you!

It comes from that place when you can get past the physical part and tap into your spiritual part (Millionaire Mindset) and just go with the part that knows that you can do anything.
