Hi My Fellow Online Friends!

This is going to be my last and final post here on CherysOnlineGamePlan as I am moving to a new platform. My blog will be live until November because this is when my hosting comes due again and I am not going to cancel it I am just going to let it run its course…

So feel free to come back and visit and use the information I have here because it is valuable, most of it I paid for and then shared it here with all of you for free. So please take advantage of this and if you find something that you feel needs to get moved by all means let me know.

CherysOnlineGamePlan The Time Has Come

If you have been here before then you probably have heard me talk about how I have been feeling about how my online journey has been affecting me and I am just have not been all that happy about how things have been going for me.

I did tell you that you are going to start seeing some changes and leaving CherysOnlineGamePlan behind wasn’t something I thought I would ever even consider, but if I am going to start clean this is something I know in my heart that I do need to do.

I will miss every single one of you who have been visiting CherysOnlineGamePlan and all of the wonderful conversations we had here and I do hope you will visit me over at my new blog.

I am calling this the Official Blog Of Chery Schmidt I am keeping my Motto of course “Love What You Do & Do What You Love” because this is and has always been one of my top goals in life.

Why I Must Let Go Of CherysOnlineGamePlan

I would also like to take a few minutes and tell you what exactly is going on with me Fair Enough?

You see I have met a group of unique individuals and they have really opened my eyes to how I was doing things and the road I was going down. I was making money, but yet I was not happy with the way I was doing things.

I actually have spent way more money then I even knew about, Yikes! I put everything on a spread sheet and I knew right then and there that this is not what I wanted to teach others to do.

This global community that I have encountered is helping me to get out of the trap. The trap of spending and they have the steps in place for me to follow to reach my goals. Well the first step to this system is a new branded website and this is the home of my new website.

I am on a life long journey one that I am going to take very serious and I do hope you will visit my new blog and we can continue to be friends. The Right Kind Of PeopleAbout a month ago I was visiting Patricia Gozlan’s Dancing With Prosperity Blog and I signed in to receive her prosperity tips newsletter, one day I came across and invitation from her to connect if I had any issues that I needed help with. I knew deep down inside me that I had to start getting to know the right kind of people if I was going to meet any of my goals.

So I sent Patricia out and e-mail and a few hours later I received an e-mail back from her. She told me she would be happy to offer me a 50 minute CAB session (clarity, alignment, and balance session) and gain clarity and inner power before taking any wise decision on the next steps to take. “”The right kind of people”” (OH YEH)

Well not only did she give me over and hour of her time she was simply an Amazing person. I have never met anyone like Patricia Gozlan before. I had no idea what to expect from this appointment and was quite surprised to find out she had some hard questions coming for me. I have always been a confident person but something inside me was just not right, I need to start finding the right kind of people to hang out with.

The Importance of Being With The Right Kind Of People

Do you know the importance of spending time with the right kind of people? Did you now that the majority of the people in this world are filled with fear and are struggling financially? I would bet that the people you hang out with fall into this category and therefore have a huge influence on the way you think.

The way they act and think does rub off on you, so if you are around them all the time their energy will rub off on you. Are these the right kind of people you want to spend the majority of your time with? Are they negative people? You do know that if you spend the majority of your time with these kind of people you are going to have these negative thoughts as well.

The Right Kind Of PeopleAlso if they like to play it safe chances are you will to. These are the kind of people who will put you down when you do finally decide to make new choices to do some things differently. They will always tell you what you are doing is wrong. Spending time with the right kind of people ones who are positive will lead you to better thinking all around.

When you start spending time with the right kind of people you are going to have the ability to see things differently and take chances to get out of your comfort zone. To quit playing it safe as Patricia told me in our meeting.

In order to start accomplishing your goals you need to start surrounding yourself with the right kind of people. Who do you spend most of your time with? Do they encourage you to keep moving forward towards your dreams? Or are they the ones who blame and criticize?

Becoming Aware Of The Right Kind Of People

You do need to become aware of this and make some conscious choices of who the right kind of people are for you to spend time with. Are you thinking about this now? Well who can you start with connect on a a deeper Level? Who will you stop spending so much time with? What are you going to do differently?

The Right Kind Of PeopleWhen searching for the right kind of people you want to find the ones who have great attitudes, people who are striving to make the world a better place. The right kind of people are those who want to support you on your journey.

Now I do know my fiancé’ is not the most positive person in this world but this does not mean I need to get rid of him, of course this is not what I am talking about at all, you do just need to seek out and spend more time with people who do support you.

Finding the right kind of people to start spending time with is really not that hard, there are millions of people online, so quit hiding as Patricia says and get out there and start making new friends. Start spending time with higher caliber people, the right kind of people.

What You Can Do For Others As An Online Entrepreneur


What You Can Do For Others?

Are you dedicated to helping others? Are you confident that you can actually do this? If so what kind of bold declarations do you state about yourself on what you can do for others?

Don't keep quiet about this!I am not talking about something hyped, I just want you to state the facts of what you do and what you can offer others. This is what challenge #4 was all about, to get out of your comfort zone and actually start talking about what you can do for others, then to make a bold declaration about this!

It does make sense to me too. Because if you do know what you can do for others and not willing to talk about this then how are you ever going to achieve your goals? Which side are you on? The safe side, not willing to take risks or are you willing to step up and be that person. The person who is willing to step out of their comfort zone and go for what they want and tell these people what you are going to do to help them.

Let It Be Known What You Can Do For Others

Now is the time to get on the phone, skype, forums, Google hang outs anyplace you know of where the people who are looking for you are hanging out at. Let everyone know what you can do for others.

Then when someone tells you yes, you now need to be this person, the one who is ready to help them. You are their solution. Let them know right from the get go that you are someone they can trust.

You need to get over being uncomfortable and let these people know right up front what you can do for others. You need to truly care about these people this has to be something you are passionate about. If you can do this, make these bold claims on how you can help others you are going to be more fulfilled and your life will be more exciting.

Don’t Be Afraid To State What You Can Do For Others

Don’t be afraid of the outcome remember I talked about this in challenge 2, if you didn’t read this click here. Just have fun, be real and put yourself out there for the good of others.

What You Can Do For OthersHow willing are you to make those bold claims on what you can do for others? To let others know exactly how you are going to help them. Yes people are going to doubt you and this is OK! This is where this uncomfotable zone comes in to play again. You just need to reinforce to them what you are going to be doing together.

You need to have the confidence in yourself if this is true and just share what you can do for others with everyone. How you can help them! Are you going to take this information today and approach someone new? Are you confident about what you can do for others? What will you say? Make this commitment to make a bold claim, one that shows people you are true to your words on how you can help them achieve the results they are looking for.

Start delivering those powerful results and do everything in your power to do so. What I mean is have the confidence to show up, if you schedule an appointment you had better be there, be that person. You don’t need a script, you will never have all the answers, just be willing to state your worth.

Step out of your comfort zone today and talk to someone, tell them what you can do for others. Make a call, get on skype reach out offer your bold claim and see what happens. Remember you are only responsible to do your best, the first time may not be your best presentation, but I guarantee you will be better the second time, third time and so forth.

Becoming Conscious About Your Actions As An Online Entrepreneur


Conscious About?

Do you compare yourself to other online entrepreneurs? Well I was taught these are just thoughts and they are not necessarily true or untrue they are just your beliefs, the ones you are conscious about. Yep what you believe to be true. So when you compare yourself to others do you truly believe someone is better or can out perform you? Do you really believe this?

When you can start to separate the truth from the thoughts you are thinking then you will finally be able to realize the thoughts you are thinking aren’t always true. Becoming conscious about and realizing this you will be able to change these kinds of thoughts to help you realize your true goals.

Never judge yourself to harshly, if you are not getting the kind of results you know you deserve just become conscious about this and challenge yourself to change up the way you think. These are the kind of things I am learning from participating in this 21 day challenge. I do have over a week in and I am already noticing a huge difference in what I am conscious about.

Yes it was hard for me to step out of my comfort zone at first but I have been taking small steps each day and remaining conscious about of my behaviors. I now have the ability to start turning my life around completely and achieving incredible results.

Become Conscious About Grading Your Performance As A Successful Online Entrepreneur

Here is something else I have been doing to measure the actions I have been taking, you may want to give it a try and see if it works for you to help you become more conscious about the actions you have been taking. If you feel you are headed in the wrong direction, starting tonight and then every night following you are going to sit down and think about what you have done today.

Then you are going to give yourself a score from 1 to 10 on your performance for the day in that area. If your grade is lower than you’d like, become conscious about what it is and write out what you’ll do the next day to make certain you’ll give yourself a better score.

Just start becoming conscious about this, it really is as simple as that.

Become Conscious About Creating Accountability

How many times have you set up your schedule for the day and at the end of the day you take a look and you are no where near what you should have or could have gotten done?

This used to happen to me all the time. I’d write out my schedule for the day in my journal. Then in the evening, I would go over what I did and write down how I felt about what I accomplished for the day.

It was usually because I lost focus and was not conscious about what was important, my task at hand. But since I have learned about becoming conscious about my actions this doesn’t happen to me anymore and it is so easy I just know you are going to try it as well.

When do you set your schedule for the day? This is how I like to end each day then when I wake up I am conscious about what I need to get done. But now I have added in another step, I am conscious about the actions I take each hour and I actually take the time to write it down. I do this every hour or so.

I just simply recap what I have just accomplished since the last entry and what I am planning on completing before the next entry. I am just becoming conscious about what I have just accomplished and then conscious about what needs to get done. I am finding this a great exercise to keep me on track to.

By simply becoming conscious about how I am thinking and working these techniques into my daily routine, I now have had fewer obstacles standing in my path. I will get back to sharing the details of my challenge in the next post I just wanted to share with you how becoming conscious about what you are doing can make a huge difference in the results you getting and can be overcome simply by thinking differently?

Value Your Time And Energy Above All Else

Do you show up each day in your business? How do you show up? Do you value your time and energy? You do have full control of your actions but you do not have control of the results you are going to get.

Time And EnergyWhat I learned in challenge #3 was that I really wasn’t always showing up the way I should have been and valuing my time and energy. Nothing really will change if you do not take a new action everyday. Yep once again stepping out of that comfort zone as well as finding something that you love to do.

This is self growth; we are not supposed to think about the outcome, just about the journey we are on. I guess I was always taught to focus on the end result HUM? What are your thoughts? From now on I am going to make it fun and see what happens. But I am going to value my time and energy differently.

Are you focused on your goals or do you let things distract you? What I mean by this is do you keep on checking your e-mail every hour? Do you have your messengers open so anyone can connect with you anytime they see you online? How about your phone, is this always on sitting right next to you? FaceBook And Skype are my biggest killers on my time and energy; I would spend hours checking out what others were up to.

Scheduling Your Time And Energy

Quit wasting your time and energy and set that schedule and stick to it. I learned there are only two reasons why you don’t value your time and energy, the first reason is because we don’t know any better. Nobody ever taught you how to set a schedule. With lack of awareness and the right education you are going to the same thing that I was doing, wasting time.

Time And EnergyReason number two, you don’t value your time and energy because this allows you to shut people out. You need to set boundaries and learn to say no to people. I talked about this already, these distractions are always going to be there and income producing activities must take top priority.

You need to make the choice. What are you going to do? Write a blog? Put together a video? Post and ad? Make some dials? You need to make this commitment and then you are not going to let anything distract you. It is important to set these boundaries and to stay focused on the tasks at hand.

It Is Time To Value Your Time And Energy Above All Else

Learn to say no to things that are not top priority, get your self a schedule and stick to it, you and you alone are responsible for your actions. Do you have your daily do to list ready, your schedule? If not do this now, if so then do not let anything distract you from following this schedule because if you are not doing things the right way it is going to show up in the results you are getting. From the time you wake up to the time you go to bed at night you need to value your time and energy.

We all have the same amount of time, make that commitment, repeat this “I value my time and energy” and believe it to be true. Don’t let anyone dictate how you are going to spend your time and energy or even allowing yourself to waste your time.

You need to create structure, set those boundaries and put together your schedule, then commit to yourself that you are going to stick with this and get it done. What is the most important project you want to get done today? How long is it going to take for you to accomplish it? I have learned these are the kind of questions you need to be asking yourself on a daily basis, this is your time don’t let anyone or anything get in your way.

Don’t’ get distracted, stay focused and you will be amazed at the results you are going to get. Always do your best start to value your time and energy. Yes everything does take time but it is your choice to decide where you are going to focus your time and energy.

Just Ask For What You Want Online Entrepreneur


What You Want – Just Ask For It!

What You WantDo you know you have the power to change whatever your want with your life? Well it is true this power is in your hands. Day 2 of my 21 day challenge is all about what you want. Today’s challenge was Just Ask For it!

Of course we all know that all we have to do is just ask for what we want, but actually doing this is where the problem lies. This may be uncomfortable just asking for what we want Right? Why because these are things we are unfamiliar with, and will probably bring up some feelings that we may not want to deal with. Like “What if I fail” “What if they say no”

This is what the challenge was about today going and asking for what we want. People who are successful don’t pay attention to these thoughts, they stay focused on what they want to create and then they take the time to make it happen. Are you letting fear stop you from reaching your goals?

Stop And Ask For What You Want

If so stop and just keep moving forward there is nothing to be afraid of when you ask for what you want. Don’t hold your tongue, speak your mind. It could be a number of things with your spouse, your children, your business partners think about this for a minute. Who are you afraid to actually speak up to and ask for what you want?

What could you have done differently yesterday? How many experiences that you have had in the past week didn’t end up the way you wanted them to because you didn’t speak your mind and ask for what you want. I know I can come up with a few times when I just kept my mouth closed, I always just thought of this as keeping away from drama. HUM?

I know I could have handled a few things differently and now I know what I need to do. This is my life and these steps are necessary for me to be who I am. What I am talking about is having the ability to step up and actually ask for what you want.

What You WantI have learned there are probably many reasons why I don’t speak my mind the first being this is the way I was taught. It was just easier to deal with what I have. Does this make sense?

It also has a lot to do with rejection! Being told no so many times has taken a toll on me. Yes the fear of rejection makes it hard to ask for what you want. The problem may be that you are subconsciously telling yourself that you cannot have what you want or perhaps you believe that you will never be able to get what you want.

Step Out Of Your Comfort Zone & Ask For What You Want

Yes you need to step out of our comfort zone and ask or what you want when you know this is going to be the right thing for you. We have to remember the worst case scenario is that this person will say no, which really isn’t all that bad if you think about it. Right?

Do you know what you deserve? Do you ask for it? Do you speak up when you have something to say? How comfortable are you with asking for what you want? Become aware of what is true today. Would you do things differently? Who do you think you would become if you always got what you wanted? Scary HUH?

This was the challenge to practice asking for what you want, yep commit to it and do it. This is important to creating what you want in life. It is not just going to show up, you need to speak up and ask for what you want.

Try it today, perhaps it may be a spur of the moment thing, yep you will have to get out of your comfort zone once again and ask, remember no is not a bad thing, this is OK. These are just signs that you are growing, perhaps this is something new for you, don’t be worried just do it.

This may just trigger something in you that makes you ask for more and that wouldn’t be such a bad thing now would it? So go ahead and leave me a comment about what you would ask for today.

Trust For Yourself, Trust For Others, Trust For Something Greater


Trust Yourself First

Have you ever taken a challenge before? Well I started a 21 day money break through challenge this week, this is my first time I really ever did anything like this and I am really looking forward to seeing if I can follow it through.

Monday’s challenge was Trust Yourself First and today I thought I would share this with you. Be sure to let me know what you think. Let’s get started.

TrustDid you know that everything you do is the result of how you trust yourself? If not well then you need to become that person. The person you need to become is going to have to show up fully and add more value to the world.

To make a bigger difference with the world you will have to practice listening to what others need. You don’t need to be something you are not, just be real.

I Want You To Trust Yourself

Start by creating a new life with the causes that you care about. You get to decide the person you want to be and how you want to utilize this wealth. The key to your success is in the transformational journey comes down to two things, commitment and action!

Commitment means by willing to really listen to what others have to say and learn how to take new actions to doing things differently then you have ever done before. Unfortunately people don’t trust in themselves to do this.

TrustUsually when you think about doing something new, it creates all sorts of thoughts and feelings of inadequacy and lack. Add that to the fact that you don’t trust others and you don’t believe that there is a great story that is going to help you unfold your life. Look Out!!

This must change because trusting in yourself is essential for your success and people who have the ability to trust themselves and others raise their wealth frequency. The reason you might not trust yourself is because you have had a negative or painful past experiences that have led you to believe that you cannot trust.

Perhaps like myself, I took a risk and it didn’t pay off, I trusted that people would be upfront and honest with me and they led me the wrong way. The truth is we all have had bad experiences that made us feel like this, that made us feel like we cannot trust.

Do you feel this way? Don’t worry you are not alone the key is to embrace this lack of trust. If you don’t trust yourself, you can bet others are not going to trust you either. So take some time today and consider your feelings on trust.

Do you make decisions on a daily basis that reflect on trust in yourself? Do you take risks and try new things? What about trusting in others? When they talk do you listen? How do you listen? Do you listen because you actually want to help them or do you have a hidden agenda? Do you feel like you have the world hanging on your shoulders? Answer these questions truthfully, these are your answers and you can not change anything until you are aware of what is going on.

And with awareness you can the make a more conscious decision.

Here Is A Trust Yourself Practice

TrustClose your eyes and tap into yourself, breath, relax, soften. Take a few minutes and be in your presence. Right now there is nothing to do nor no where to go. Just relax and notice how you feel about trust, trust for yourself, trust for others, trust for something greater.

Become aware of your values, now repeat this saying over and over I trust myself, I trust myself….Yes this may be uncomfortable but don’t resist. Keep repeating and breath. Now change the words, I trust others, repeat, now I trust in something greater.Take your time and repeat these sayings over and over and see if anything changes.

TRUST

Look at all areas of your life with trust and think about how this is going to impact your life. What types of decisions are you going to make? What kind of person would you become if you had complete trust? Who would you work with if you had more trust?

Commit to trust today, believe it trust yourself that any commitment you make is to be true. Trusting in yourself and others is a foundation; nothing happens if there is no trust! Learn to trust in yourself, trust in others and trust in something greater.

Make an important decision today find something that you have been wanting or waiting to do fro sometime, something new, something different. Make this decision and trust that it will work for you. What have you been putting off doing? Listen for an answer, now make the decision and trust this will work for you.

Trust will help you move forward, if it doesn’t work, who cares at least you tried, nothing works all the time. When you start to cultivate trust with others you will find that they will do the same with you!

Living a Life Without Regrets As An Online Entrepreneur


Regrets

On Friday I told you all it was time to change and over the weekend I had quite a few different kinds of conversations about this. One gal asked me if had any regrets for spending all this money.

RegretsHell No I have no regrets; nobody held a shot gun to my head and made me do anything I didn’t want to! Of course I may not be to happy about some of the decisions I have made in the past, this was a great learning experience for me.

Sorry! But a few years ago I had a hard time even opening my e-mail. “Http What? I didn’t even know what a URL was! I have traveled around the country attending live events and I have made so many new friends in the past few years. No Regrets! I would not be where I am today without starting where I did. Does this make sense?

Shoulda? Woulda? Coulda? Regrets?

Now I am not saying I shoulda done things differently. I woulda already met my goals. I coulda been a rock star already. NO I am not doing this I am owning up to the mistakes I have made along the way and I am moving forward with a new revised game plan, no regrets.

I made these choices based on the information I was given at the time and I truly believed that this was the best way for me, but am I going to just give up? No, I am taking what I have learned and I am going to use this as a tool to help others.

RegretsYes help others to not go the same route I went down. You know it is funny, because the first company I got involved with was supposed to be all about mentorship and this is exactly where I am headed with my new found mission.

I have no regrets, I am actually grateful for the lessons I have learned along the way. The past is the past, I cannot change this and neither can you, but you can take what you have learned and make it work for you. Don’t go blaming anyone or have any regrets for your past mistakes. Take this, learn from it and get back on track.

What I have been taught about regrets is that they are just a waste of time, you cannot change the past. If you have any regrets let them go and just decide to choose to live your life with no regrets starting with today.

Don’t live in the past thinking about shoulda, woulda, or coulda! There is nothing you can do, but move forward.

This was weird but one of my past employees’s sent me this quote on Saturday, she said she knew she sent this last summer but somehow felt the need to send it to me again today. HUM? I haven’t talked to her for a few weeks so she has no idea what I have been thinking about. Anyways here it is.

Don’t ever regret anything because regretting means wanting to forget every moment. Every moment is what makes you who you are today, every moment spent in regrets is a moment wasted. Don’t waste your moments in life, you never know when you’ll stop waking up.

RegretsIf what you are currently doing isn’t working for you, you and you alone have the choice to change. Live your life with no regrets.

Start by setting up a game plan and start taking those baby steps towards your goals. Then when you start doing what you truly enjoy you won’t have any regrets what so ever, you will be happier, healthier and your bank accounts will grow.

Time To Change ME As An Online Entrepreneur


Time To Change

Time To ChangeWell today is the first day of the rest of my life! Do I have you confused with this first statement? Yes I was confused right up until 4:28 this morning when I finally just got it Time To Change!

Now I probably really have you confused!

It has become apparent to me that I have been doing a few things wrong and it is time to come clean, it is time to change. First-order change involves doing better what we already do, while second-order change alters the core ways we conduct business.

How This Time To Change Came About?

Well I ran a Valentines Day Special with one of my businesses, practically giving the system away and it was a complete flop! Well since then I have been doing a lot of thinking and this lead me to my new friend Nick.

Nick has helped me to realize that I am leading others down the same path that I have been on. I really didn’t get what he was talking about at first. I told him I cared about everyone and really want to see everyone become successful at whatever they do. I honestly do care.

Time To ChangeSo then why is it that I want someone to jump right on-board with a top tier opportunity? Hadn’t I learned anything from my past failures? My very first venture online was a Top Tier Company, I have spent over $20,000 trying to make money with them. I didn’t realize yet it was time to change.

Not only was I paying a monthly auto-ship with the company I was with, I was also still looking for something, something, weird huh? Here I was paying to be part of this business, yet still seeking for something else. Some shiny object that I just knew was out there. Yep Time To Change!!

No Shiny Objects To Search For Just Time To Change

Well guys and gals there are no shiny object that are going to help you, it is time to change you and I am here to help anyone for REALS this time around who is serious about taking control of their life.

I cannot believe how many times I have said this in the past, but you know what? Today I can feel it! I woke up with a new vision this morning, I don’t know where this came from but it just hit me like a ton of bricks. I now know it is time to change!

Resistance To Change Is No Longer A Problem For Me

Time To ChangeYou are going to start to see me doing things a little differently from here on out. I am going to be changing my strategies! I am going to keep doing and doing until I get it right.

I will always believe in the power of leverage, leveraging the help of others. This is what I am going to base my new found change on I am here to Help anyone for Free.

By saying time to change and meaning it this time around, I am turning this resistance into commitment and I am enthusiastic about the future being brighter for everyone involved. NO more foolish spending for anyone, I have a new plan and it is for anyone who is ready to take back control of their life.

The real key is to ensure that we are getting the right process right. Does this makes sense, the right process right? This is how I am going to start helping you, I am not going to ask you to buy anything ever again. I am so done with that thought process, it is time to change and I am going to do just that.

I have realized now with my new mindset time to change involves loss. We are going to have to give up all familiar routines. Yes I do realize the loss is substantial, affecting position, power, networks of friends and colleagues, and such. But in all these situations, rituals of transition is crucial if you are going let go of the old and move on to the new.

Time To ChangeThe road ahead will not be an easy one, as I have been trying to buy myself in for way to long. Now is the time to change my spending habits as well as to teach others how to do the same.

Of course this is a process and one I feel very strongly about, so please bear with me as I am going through these changes.

First off if you are an online entrepreneur who is looking for financial independence you really need to take a look into the future? Now how do you feel about the past? Let your past be a school, so now how do you feel about your future? Face this with anticipation. It is very simple.

Financial IndependenceDecide what you want, where you want to go and then figure what out skills you have and what skills you will need to learn. Take the time right now and write these down before going any further. The future of your financial independence depends on this step.

Now I want you to keep these even after you have accomplished them. OK Just make sure to check them off, this is part of the fun!

If your future is clear then the price will be worth it! So, What is the price for financial independence? If you are clear the price will not even be an issue. The first step is setting those goals! Make this exciting be sure to set goals that inspire you, goals that will make a change. It is not really what you get it is what you become.

To end my post today I would like to share part of an e-mail I received this morning from a good friend of mine about something he experienced the other day. It has a great message behind it.
