Where else can you write about anything that you want and it sticks around forever? Yes, once you put your content on your website it never goes away. Now you can put articles on different directories and I do suggest this as well. This is how you are going to create back links to your blog. When you write an article, you are able to put a link in the resource box, another word for you bio. There are a lot of people who will tell you that free classified ads sites do not work. But if you can come up with a great ad and take massive action I am sure that you can generate some traffic to your website. Here are a few sites that I have found to get some free advertising.

Have a simple headline, a short description about what you have to offer and an opt in form for your auto responder to send them more information at a later time. They run on a credit system so the more you involve yourself the more views your website will get.
